N55-M0 vs N55-O0 differences
Let's discover differences inside software for M0 and O0 versions of N55 engine.

N55B30M0(medium power range) have:
- 225 kW (302 bhp) at 5,700–5,800 rpm
- 400 N⋅m (295 lb⋅ft) at 1,200–5,000 rpm
- 240 kW (322 bhp) at 4,505–6,000 rpm
- 450 N⋅m (332 lb⋅ft) at 1,300–4,500 rpm
There is two versions of N55B30O0 versions
- From factory M135i/M235i
- M performance power kit
Torque differences:
Load:
Load limit is also extended in O0 version, to allow provide more boost for increased torque.
But as you can see, MPPK has a much more load limits, so in cases when M235i torque will decreased due to "lack" of load, MPPK will have a much more range to request more boost.
Ignition
MPPK version are requesting much more Torque and have much more Load Limits, but why it not produce so much power?
So, investigating this factory softwares, we can create a light Stage0 via a combination of MPPK torque, MPPK load, and stock ignition timings.
For all FLASHEX stage1/stage2 for factory MPPK software this gap in ignition timing will be fixed and changed to stock values.
